Terms of Participation – Realistic Portraits for Beginners
The Company, Beth Gatza Art, bethgatzacourses.com, bethgatzaclasses.com (Herein referred to as “Company”) agrees to provide Program, As a condition of participating in the Program, “Realistic Portraits for Beginners” (herein referred to as “Program”)you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference. This may include digital or downloadable resources, an online course, one-on-one or group coaching, workshops, pieces of training, or online private forums operated by the Company (for any purpose), whether on a website hosted by the Company or a third-party website such as an online course platform or facebook.com.
The Company will occasionally update the core program, and customers will have access to updated materials as long as the Company continues offering the Program. From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses, such as additional program elements, to participants. The selection of participants who may receive these bonuses is at the discretion of the Company.
This Program, Realistic Portraits for Beginners, is only intended for people 18 and above. Some of the material in this Program may not be suitable for children. The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility for use by persons under the age of 18.
COMPANY TERMS OF SERVICE
You agree to pay the following fees, in consideration of Your right to participate in the Program. You may choose between a single payment of $997 (due immediately), three monthly payments of $334, or six monthly payments of $178. If you choose for a payment plan, you must make the first payment immediately, and then your chosen payment method will be charged the following payments on a monthly basis for a total of $1032 for the three month payment plan, and $1068 for the six month payment plan. If you make monthly payments, you will remain responsible for them, unless you obtain a refund as described below in the Program’s Refund Policy. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except via the Refund Policy. The Company will immediately suspend your access to the Program and any bonuses if any payment is not made.
If you have received our six-day limited-time webinar discount, you will have six days to agree to the following terms. After the expiration date of six days, you will no longer be able to receive the discounted price for "Realistic Portraits for Beginners". You agree to pay the following fees, in consideration of Your right to participate in the six-day limited-time discount Program. You may choose between a single payment of $497 (due immediately), three monthly payments of $172, or six monthly payments of $89. If you choose a payment plan, you must make the first payment immediately, and then your chosen payment method will be charged the following payments on a monthly basis for a total of $516 for the three-month payment plan and $534 for the six-month payment plan. If you make monthly payments, you will remain responsible for them, unless you obtain a refund as described below in the Program’s Refund Policy. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except via the Refund Policy. The Company will immediately suspend your access to the Program and any bonuses if any payment is not made.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
You expressly agree to pay all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, as well as any other costs incurred by you in connection with your use of the Services, through automatic debiting from your credit or debit card for all amounts owing, without further authorization. You also consent for the Company to transmit any payment information or instructions needed to finalize payments via its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
You authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above if you select for a payment plan. If you fail to provide a new payment method within ten (10) business days after we have notified you that all of your payments were declined for payment of your monthly fee, your Program access will be terminated.
You are legally required to complete the remaining payments on your payment plan and authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect any outstanding payments using any available payment method if you do not request a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy stated below.
We are so passionate about the education we give to our students that we want you to be happy with your purchase after viewing our lessons. However, intellectual property infringement is not acceptable, and in order to protect our intellectual property, in order to qualify for a refund,
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the course within the first 48 hours and with less than 20 minutes of watch time, simply send an email to [email protected] and we will promptly process your full refund.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund within 48 hours after purchase, by 3:59pm PST (“Refund Period”). You must include the following information with your request for a refund, as outlined below.
You must submit ALL of the following items with your request for a refund from Realistic Portraits for Beginners:
- Requirement 1: Subject Line for Email Refund Request: Refund Request for Realistic Portraits for Beginners
- Requirement 2: First and Last name and email used to purchase the course and date purchased.
- Requirement 3: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your portrait painting needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 48 hours after the date of purchase. After the Refund Period, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.
Please be advised that if you chose a payment plan and do not request a refund within the Refund Period, with the required items as of your refund request, you are legally obligated to complete the rest of your payment plan.
The Company will issue an instruction to its payment processor to provide a refund if you are eligible for one as a result of this policy. The Company will not be able to expedite any refunds since it does not have control over its payment processor.
As a general guideline, Beth Gatza Art will not issue refunds after the Refund Period has passed. We will not give cash refunds for queries submitted after the refund window has closed and all payments must be made on time.

SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT REFUNDS
Currently we do not offer subscription-based productions. Subscription products are products that customers pay a recurring subscription fee to have continued access to the product or service. Subscription fees are automatically charged on an on-going, monthly basis, using whatever payment method the customer has provided. “Subscription products,” “memberships” and “subscription services” all refer to the same type of product, and are all subject to the same policies. Subscription products are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund during the seven (7) days following enrollment. After the first seven (7) day period, refunds are no longer offered for any reason. Subscription products/services may be canceled at any point in time, with no advance notice necessary, except where a specific product or service package’s terms differ. (For example, in the case of purchasing a one-year membership vs monthly membership.) When a subscription is terminated or a membership is canceled, no further fees will be charged. Subscriptions/memberships can be canceled without charge up until the next month’s fee is charged. If cancellation is requested less than 24 business hours prior to the subscription fee being processed, the customer may be charged for the following month’s subscription. Any cancellation requests made after a given month’s subscription fee has been charged are NOT eligible for a refund, and a refund will not be provided. Membership/subscription can be terminated at that time, and the customer will not be subject to any future charges. If a subscription/membership is canceled mid-way through a billing cycle, the customer will continue to have access to the product/service for the remainder of the billing cycle, unless a refund was provided.
